Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality and fastest turnaround, please follow the artwork guidelines below when preparing and submitting your files.
Preparing Your Artwork
Providing production-ready artwork helps us process your order efficiently and ensures the best possible decorated result.
Preferred File Formats
Submit artwork in EPS, AI or PDF format whenever possible. High-resolution JPEG files may also be accepted for photographs and suitable raster artwork.
Vector Artwork
Vector line art is preferred. All fonts and text should be converted to outlines, curves or paths before submitting.
Image Resolution
Raster artwork should be supplied at approximately 150–300 DPI or higher and designed at 100% of the intended print size.
Colour Mode
Artwork submitted using RGB colours or HEX codes will be converted to CMYK for production. Colours may shift slightly during the conversion process.
If supplied artwork needs to be recreated or vectorized, artwork charges are $12.50(g) per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Any applicable artwork charges will be acknowledged before we proceed.
Before You Submit
A quick check before sending your files can help prevent delays during the proofing and production process.
- Convert all fonts and text to outlines, curves or paths.
- Make sure images are high resolution and suitable for the final print size.
- Supply artwork at 100% of the intended print size whenever possible.
- Use EPS, AI or PDF files for production-ready artwork.
- Include your company name and PO number when submitting artwork separately from your order.

Deluxe Retractable Pull Up Banner — Superior Block Out Fabric, Wide Base, 33.5" x 79"
A complete retractable banner combining our two upgrades: block-out fabric and the deluxe wide base. Printed 33.5" x 79" graphic, wide aluminum base, telescopic pole, and a padded carry case, with no setup charge.
Ideal for busy trade show aisles, mall concourses, retail floors, conference registration, lobby and reception displays, showrooms, clinics and offices, and bright or window-lit spaces where the display is also brushed past all day.
Wide Base Resists Tipping
The deluxe base is wider and heavier than a standard retractable foot, which is what keeps a 79-inch banner upright in traffic — a concourse, a busy aisle, a doorway with a draught through it.
If the display spends its life somewhere people walk close to it, the wide base is the difference between standing all day and being picked up off the floor every hour.
Block-Out Fabric Stops All Light-Through
An opaque black backing layer stops light passing through the panel, so nothing behind the banner shows as a shadow or a hot patch — whatever the venue lighting is doing.
Dark tones also stay solid rather than translucent, so a black or deep-coloured background reads properly black instead of washing to grey.
Spot Cleanable, Scratch Free
The fabric surface is scratch free and spot cleans with a damp cloth, so a banner handled all weekend stays presentation-ready rather than needing a reprint.
Sublimated fabric also avoids the glare of a laminated vinyl face, and recovers from being packed badly instead of holding a crease.
Quick Setup, Padded Case Included
Pull the graphic from the cassette, seat the pole, and it stands — one person, no tools, under a minute.
The padded carry case protects the base and cassette from the knocks that dent a housing, and replacement graphics are available separately so the stand can carry a new message each season.
