Your complete purchase order and production-ready artwork must be received by 8:00 AM Eastern Time. Credit card payments must be completed immediately upon receipt of the payment link.

Ships the Same Business Day

Approved orders meeting all program requirements are produced and shipped the same business day.

Production-Ready Artwork

Final artwork must be submitted with the order and ready to move directly into production without revisions or delays.

No Proof Approval Delay

A proof may be supplied for reference only. Approval is not required, allowing approved orders to move directly into production.

Catalog Quantity Limits

Maximum order quantity is limited to the highest quantity tier published in the eligible product's catalog pricing.

Internal Capacity Approval

Every order is subject to internal approval based on available same-day production capacity. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

How to Place a Same Day Extreme Order

Select an Eligible Product

Choose a product specifically designated for the Same Day Extreme program and use its eligible item number and production option.

Clearly Identify Your Order

Include "Same Day Extreme" in the subject line of your purchase order and all related order communications.

Submit Production-Ready Artwork

Provide final, accurate artwork with your order. Artwork must require no corrections or additional preparation.

Account Standing & Payment

Account must be current. Credit card payments are due immediately upon confirmation.

Submit Before 8:00 AM

Your complete purchase order and production-ready artwork must be received by 8:00 AM Eastern Time. All payment requirements must be satisfied without delay.

Important Program Details

  • Internal approval is mandatory. All Same Day Extreme orders are subject to FIEL's internal approval based on available same-day production capacity.
  • Accounts must be in good standing. Orders from customers with overdue account balances will not be processed under the Same Day Extreme program.
  • Credit card payment is required immediately. Customers on credit card terms must complete payment immediately upon receipt of the order confirmation and payment link. Orders will not be released into production until payment has been received.
  • Complete purchase orders and production-ready artwork must be received by 8:00 AM Eastern Time. All other program requirements must also be met.
  • Only products and item numbers specifically designated for Same Day Extreme qualify.
  • Maximum quantities are limited to the last published catalog quantity tier for each eligible product. Larger quantities are not eligible for this program.
  • Same Day Extreme products cannot be combined with regular-production-time products on the same purchase order.
  • Same Day Extreme orders ship via UPS or FedEx only.
  • A proof may be supplied for reference only. Proof approval is not required. The customer is responsible for artwork accuracy.
  • Production delays resulting from purchase-order discrepancies, incomplete information, artwork issues or delayed payment are not the factory's responsibility.
  • A limited number of Same Day Extreme orders can be processed each day. Availability depends on current production capacity.
  • Orders submitted after the cutoff or not approved for same-day capacity are not guaranteed to ship the same day.
  • Carrier delays: FIEL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after dispatch.
  • Same-day shipping refers to shipment from FIEL's facility, not same-day delivery to the destination. Carrier transit times apply.
