USA SHIPPING - USA Distributors

1) Your US dollar pricing includes all duties (tariffs) and brokerage.  You will not be billed any additional amount for duties (tariffs), handling or brokerage.

2) All shipping to the United States is prepaid only on our UPS account.

3)  To ensure quicker delivery and priority customs clearance, we now ship exclusively via Expedited (2-Day) or Express (1-Day) air services to the United States. We no longer offer Ground shipping for U.S. orders, as air services provide faster transit times and significantly smoother customs processing.

Note: We have negotiated excellent Expedited and Express shipping costs with UPS.  In many cases, Expedited costs are lower than ground shipping costs.  Get your shipping estimate HERE.

4) To ensure a smoother delivery experience for our U.S. customers, we no longer allow collect or third-party shipping accounts on U.S. orders. This change will enable us to handle all duties, tariffs, and taxes upfront so the receiver does not encounter any unexpected charges upon delivery.  Our goal is to provide faster, hassle-free cross-border shipping with complete cost transparency.

5) All shipments going to the US require a tax ID (EIN) of the Importer of Record (IOR).

USA SHIPPING - CAD Distributors

6) You are billed in CAD dollars.  If you require us to ship your order to the US, a 40% add-on charge will apply.  This charge will include all duties (tariffs), brokerage and handling.

7) Points 2, 3, 4 and 5 apply above to Canadian distributors wanting to ship their orders to the US.
