3) Virtuals / Mock-up Requests -IMPORTANT, All Virtuals requests must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org for us to fulfill these requests.

Refer to individual product pages for production times. Most blank products ship in 1 day and decorated products ship in 5 days after approval of artwork and credit. Seasonal fluctuations and size of order may affect production times.
For decorated products we also offer 24hr express ship, 48hr quick ship, 72hr fast ship skus.

We offer 4 forms of decoration in-house:
- Sublimation (full color edge to edge printing)
- Heat transfer printing (recommended when a design is a picture or requires finer details
which may not be desirable from silk-screen process)
- Digital printing (recommended on retractable banners)
- Laser Etch (offered on phone, glass cleaning cloths)

We are a manufacturer and most of our line is made to order.
If the product is decorated, it is non-returnable.
If the product is not decorated, and is made to order product, it is non-returnable.
If the product is not decorated and as in imported item, item is returnable within 15 days of the shipment of the goods. Product must have an R.A. number in order to be returned. Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee with a minimum charge of $ 50 (c).

+/- 10% quantity shipped is considered complete for decorated orders.
Exact quantity shipping is charged at $25 (g).
Note: Orders will ONLY be put into production AFTER approval of artwork and approval of credit.
We will process orders for less than minimum quantity for an additional cost of $30(k). Setups and other order charges are extra.

No charge for samples under $20 net. Any amout higher is billed at EQP (End Quantity Pricing) Net pricing. Samples are non-returnable. Provide your courier account# (UPS, FEDEX, PUROLATOR, ETC) to ship samples OR for prepaid shipping of samples, we charge $15 Ground Shipping or $20 Overnight Shipping.
Spec Samples (Pre=production Sample) are available. Cost of spec sample is $50 net (includes the setup charge) + cost of product net pricing + $20 for overnight shipping via Fedex or UPS (when applicable). You don't pay the setup charge again during bulk production.
Multiple locations are $12.50 (g) per location, after the 1st one.
Preferred method of payment is credit card. Net 30 days only to approved accounts. Orders are only processed after credit approval. Orders for accounts not in good standing will not be processed.
Electronic art files need to be formatted as vector (EPS, PDF or AI) or multiple layered Adobe Photoshop TIFF or PSD files at 300 dpi. Vector files should always be saved in vector format with all type converted to paths/outlines.
We support files up to Adobe CS6. We do not accept CorelDraw files. Therefore, all CorelDraw files should be exported as Adobe Illustrator. For multiple color imprints, vector images must be provided for proper color seperations.
First proof is at no charge. Additional proofs will be at a cost of $12.50(g). If artwork needs to be touched up, reconstructed, or manipulated in any way, artwork charges will apply at $50(g) per hour. Minimum 1 hour. These charges will be acknowledged before proceeding with the order.
