A: Orders over $500 (before taxes) at listed prices, up to end column, qualify for FREE     shipping.

Q: Do I need to mention FREE shipping on my purchase order?
A: NO. If the customer qualifies for FREE shipping, FIEL will simply not charge freight     to the customer.

Q: How long will this promotion run?
A: This is an on-going promotion with no expiry date. FIEL reserves the right to cancel     this promotion at anytime.

Q: Is this promotion applicable to all distributors?
A: This promotion is applicable to ALL FIEL DISTRIBUTORS across North America.

Q: Is this promotion applicable to all items available at FIEL?
A: The promotion is applicable to all catalogue and online items. It is not applicable to     any custom orders.

Q: What if I place an order from your current sales flyers? Do I still qualify for FREE     shipping?
A: Yes. The prices on the flyer are EQP (End Column Pricing); therefore, it will qualify     as listed prices and FREE shipping promotion will be applicable on orders over $500.

Q: How will my order be shipped under this promotion?
A: FIEL will use its preferred courier of choice, UPS or a local courier for local     customers at FIEL’s discretion, to ship out any orders that qualify for free freight.

Q: Can my order ship ‘express’ or ‘air’ under this promotion?
A: NO. FIEL will only ship, via UPS, ground service under this promotion in order to     receive FREE freight.

Q: Can you ship my order ‘express’ and charge me for the difference?
A: NO. If your order needs to ship ‘AIR’, FIEL will charge you the full cost of the     freight.

Q: Can you ship my order anywhere I wish under this promotion?
A: For Canadian customers, we will ship your order anywhere in Canada to 1 location     only. For American customers, we will ship your order anywhere in North America to     1 location only.

Q: Can I get a UPS tracking number after my order is shipped?
A: YES. Simply provide your email address, and FIEL will send you your tracking     number for orders shipped via: UPS once your order is shipped.

Q: How do I trace my package?
A: Once your order is shipped, simply go to http://www.fiel.com/order-tracking and     on the top right, click on ‘Order Tracking’. Put in your tracking number or purchase     order number and trace your shipment.

Q: I use another courier that gives better service in my area; Can FIEL use this     courier and provide FREE shipping for my order over $500?
A: NO. FIEL will only ship via: UPS ground service or another local courier of FIEL’s     choice.
